Location: NSP, DelhiExperience: 4 to 5 YearsSalary: Starting from ₹35,000 per monthJob Type: Full-time | Work from OfficeAbout the RoleRapid Digital Growth is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can manage client accounts, build social media growth strategies, plan monthly campaigns, and work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams.We are looking for someone who understands social media beyond posting content.

You should be able to develop creative ideas, manage client calendars, coordinate content production, understand performance, and contribute hands-on to the content creation process.What You'll Be DoingManage social media accounts for multiple clients and develop strategies for follower growth, engagement and overall account performance.Plan and execute complete monthly social media campaigns and content calendars.Coordinate with designers, video editors and the performance marketing team for smooth campaign execution.Attend client meetings, understand requirements and communicate content and campaign plans confidently.Manage client calendars, approvals, deadlines and day-to-day social media requirements.Prepare monthly social media performance reports and identify areas for improvement.Develop original ideas for reels, campaigns, UGC content and other social media formats.Be comfortable appearing in office reels and other social media content.Visit client locations for shoots when required and guide the team on content, framing, camera angles and shot requirements.Create UGC-style videos and contribute to video content production.Design social media creatives using Canva and Photoshop when required.Edit social media videos using Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar software.Work with the performance marketing team to align organic social media activity with paid campaigns and client objectives.What We're Looking For4 to 5 years of experience in social media management.Strong preference for candidates with digital marketing agency experience and experience handling multiple clients.Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn content strategy, engagement and growth.Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original content ideas.Comfortable in front of the camera and willing to participate in reels and UGC content.Practical knowledge of Canva and Photoshop for social media design.Working knowledge of video editing using Premiere Pro, Filmora or similar tools.Understanding of basic photography, videography, camera angles and shooting requirements.Good communication skills and confidence in attending client meetings.Ability to manage multiple client calendars, deadlines and deliverables.Ability to prepare and understand monthly social media reports.Comfortable collaborating with creative, content and performance marketing teams.ImportantThis is a work-from-office role at NSP, Delhi.Candidates must be currently based in Delhi and able to commute to the NSP office.Male candidates only.Agency experience will be strongly preferred.If you're someone who can handle the strategy, client communication, content ideas and also get hands-on with design and video when needed, we'd like to hear from you.Rapid Digital GrowthNSP, DelhiStarting Salary: ₹35,000/month4 to 5 Years Experience | Full-time | Work from Office
