Location: Raipur, ChhattisgarhIndustry: Men’s Ethnic Wear, Wedding Wear and Fashion RetailRahbar Fashion is entering an important phase of its digital journey.We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and execution focused person who can take ownership of our social media presence and also help us build and manage our website and online sales channel.This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts.We need someone who understands content, customers, fashion, digital platforms and online commerce, and who is ready to build the channel from its starting stage.Key responsibilities:* Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media channels* Create and execute the monthly social media content calendar* Coordinate photoshoots, reels, product videos and campaign content* Work with designers, photographers, influencers and content creators* Write engaging content aligned with Rahbar Fashion’s brand positioning* Manage the company website and ensure products, images, prices and content remain updated* Coordinate new product uploads and category updates on the website* Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour and online sales performance* Work closely with the merchandise, buying, retail and marketing teams* Plan digital campaigns around weddings, festivals, launches and important retail periods* Build engagement with customers through social media and digital channels* Track social media performance, website performance, enquiries, leads and conversions* Understand SEO basics and support improvement of website visibility* Identify new ideas, trends, content formats and digital opportunities* Take ownership of the online customer journey from discovery to purchaseWho we are looking for:* Dynamic and confident personality* Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content* Comfortable managing and updating a website* Good understanding of fashion and visual presentation* Strong communication and coordination skills* Comfortable working in a fast growing retail organisation* Ability to execute independently and take ownership* Strong interest in building an online business from the beginning* Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail or D2C brands will be preferredThis role offers something bigger than managing social media.You will get the opportunity to help build Rahbar Fashion’s digital and online commerce channel from the beginning and become an important part of its growth journey.If you are someone who likes ownership, experimentation, fashion, content and building something from scratch, we would like to hear from you.Interested candidates can share their profile through LinkedIn DM.#Hiring #SocialMediaManager #DigitalMarketing #Ecommerce #D2C #FashionJobs #RetailJobs #RaipurJobs #ChhattisgarhJobs #Menswear #EthnicWear #ContentMarketing #RahbarFashion
