- Social media strategy, content calendars and audience growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Our designers, video creators and content coordinators—from creative briefs to publishing.
- Compelling reels, travel stories, customer testimonials and destination campaigns.
- Community engagement and consistent brand communication.
- Content collaborations with our ambassador and affiliate team.
- Reporting that connects content to relevant engagement, website visits and qualified enquiries.
- Practical use of AI to improve research, planning and production.You’ll work closely with Branding & Copywriting and Performance Marketing, which owns paid campaign buying.What we’re looking for
- Proven experience creating content for Australian, UK or US audiences.
- Strong creative direction, storytelling and excellent written English.
- Experience leading a content team and managing multiple channels.
- A portfolio showing measurable results—not just attractive posts.
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership.
- Travel, hospitality or lifestyle experience is an advantage.
