Do you live on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn and constantly analyze why content performs?We're looking for a Social Media Intern to support content creation and brand growth at Sozialo, a platform that makes it easy to submit, discover and promote events.If you want hands-on experience in content creation, community building and startup marketing, this is for you.🔥 What You'll DoSupport the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedInPlan and schedule postsContribute creative content ideas and hooksHelp develop short-form video concepts (Reels / TikToks)Support community management and engagement with event organizers and audiencesAssist in basic performance analysis (reach, engagement, CTR)Support campaign execution and event promotionYou won't just watch, you'll create.🎯 What We're Looking ForBachelor or Master student (Business, Marketing, Media or similar)Mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) required by your university. This position is only open for mandatory internships.Available for 6 monthsStrong interest in social media & digital brandingCreative mindset with an understanding of trendsBasic knowledge of Canva / CapCut or similar toolsStructured and reliable working styleWillingness to learn fast and take feedbackProfessional German is a plusMeta Ads or paid social knowledge is a plus✨ What You'll GetDirect exposure to founders & marketing strategyFast-paced startup environmentAccess to all Sozialo eventsReal responsibility from day onePractical portfolio work you can show (content, campaigns, analytics)Internship certificate and a reference on completion
