The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling ability, and experience in promoting luxury or fashion products online.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand identity and sales goalsManage daily posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and WhatsApp BusinessCreate engaging content including reels, posts, stories, and captions focused on jewelry collectionsCoordinate product photoshoots and short videos (in-house or with photographers)Plan and manage social media calendars and festive / campaign postsEngage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionallyRun and optimize paid social media ads to generate leads and salesTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reportsStay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and influencer marketing opportunitiesCollaborate with sales and design teams for promotions and launchesRequirements & SkillsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleExperience in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantageStrong visual sense and understanding of luxury brandingKnowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and influencer collaborationsBasic skills in tools like Canva, Adobe, or video editing appsUnderstanding of paid ads (Meta Ads Manager preferred)Excellent written communication skills in English & ArabicAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesPreferred QualificationsDegree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, or related fieldExperience handling Social media marketing,e-commerce and WhatsApp sales inquiriesInfluencer marketing or UGC campaign experiencePreferring who can speak, write and read Arabic in Fluence - Native is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunity to work with a premium jewelry brandCreative freedom and growth opportunities
