We build content and campaigns that grow brands, athletes and fan communities in the region and beyond.The Role You’ll run day-to-day social media and content for your assigned clients, making sure everything stays on brief, on brand and on time. Your main account is a EuroLeague basketball club, so you’ll need to live and breathe the season.What You’ll DoContent & PlanningBuild and manage weekly and monthly content calendars and production plansPlan organic content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platformsSpot UAE and global trends and cultural moments, and turn them into original and reactive contentCoordinate social coverage for events, campaigns, activations and key momentsOversee production, quality and timely deliveryKeep content delivery consistent and aligned with the club’s marketing strategy and seasonal objectivesClient & Stakeholder ManagementBe the day-to-day social media lead for your clientsWork with clients, influencers, event organisers and brand partnersCollaborate with our creative, production and paid media teamsFlag performance issues early and recommend improvementsPerformanceTrack reach, engagement, shares, likes and follower growthDeliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendationsMonitor paid media performance and KPIs where applicableSports & CultureFollow UAE and global trends, formats, audio, competitors and industry developmentsStay current on the club’s EuroLeague campaign: results, signings, storylines and season developmentsResearch athlete branding, fandom growth and sports content opportunities, and proactively pitch ideasWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field2–5 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, content or account managementA genuine passion for sports, with a strong grasp of fan culture and sports content (experience in sports or entertainment is a plus)Strong knowledge of social platforms, content formats and digital trendsProficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite and paid media experience are an advantage)Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear recommendationsExcellent communication, organisation and project management skillsA creative, proactive, adaptable and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesUAE market knowledge and cultural awareness (preferred)What We OfferOpportunity to work with a creative and dynamic teamRoom for professional growth and skill developmentWork on high-profile sports and entertainment accountsHow to ApplySend your CV and a portfolio to letstalk@elevargrowth.com
