Zoho One Configuration & Implementation DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Zoho One Developer to configure and implement our already-defined business processes within the Zoho One platform.Important: This is primarily a configuration and implementation role.Our business processes, workflows, forms, documents and required data structures are already prepared. We are NOT looking for someone to design our business processes or develop a consulting strategy.The selected candidate will be responsible for taking our existing requirements and configuring them correctly inside Zoho One.Key Responsibilities

• Configure Zoho CRM and other required Zoho One applications according to our existing requirements.
• Create and configure forms based on our already-prepared forms and questionnaires.
• Add and organize our existing documents, templates and records within Zoho.
• Connect forms, documents and workflows with the appropriate Zoho applications.
• Configure workflows, automation, notifications, approvals and data movement as already defined.
• Convert our existing business documents/templates into the required Zoho format wherever applicable.
• Configure document generation and document-related workflows.
• Set up required fields, modules, layouts, relationships, permissions and user access.
• Configure Zoho Flow and other integrations wherever required.
• Use Deluge scripting when required for configuration and automation.
• Connect relevant Zoho applications so that information flows correctly between them.
• Test the configured system and fix configuration or workflow issues.
• Maintain proper organization of our existing data, forms, documents and workflows inside Zoho One.What We Already HaveWe have already prepared:

• The overall operational structureTherefore, the candidate will not be required to design the business from scratch or develop the business process.Your primary job will be to configure, connect, automate and implement the system that has already been designed.Required Experience
• Practical hands-on experience with Zoho One.
• Strong experience with Zoho CRM.
• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Forms and Zoho Flow.
• Experience configuring workflows and automation.
• Experience with document generation and document workflows.
• Basic-to-strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
• Experience with APIs and integrations is preferred.
• Ability to follow an existing process and implement it accurately.
• Good attention to detail.Work LocationThis is an on-site position at our office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.Candidates must be comfortable working from our Noida office.We are specifically looking for someone who can work hands-on with the system, sit with the existing documentation and requirements, and implement the configuration accurately.ImportantThis is not a business consulting, business analysis or process-design role.The business process and documentation are already prepared.We need a Zoho One implementation/configuration professional who can execute the configuration and integration work accurately.
