About Core Management ServicesCore Management Services is a consulting practice working across Asia and the Middle East, advising clients on revenue growth management and go-to-market resets. We’re a small, senior team, and our interns, including current interns from Middlesex University Dubai, work directly on live client projects.The RoleWe’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern to own and grow the social media presence of Core Management Services and Intelli Accelerate. You’ll build our channels from the ground up (content, audience and engagement) and work closely with the team to create content that resonates with clients and prospects.This is a full-time, three-month internship with a monthly stipend. Strong performers may be offered a permanent full-time position at the end of it.What You’ll DoBuild and run the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other channelsDraft posts, short-form video scripts and visual assets that explain our work to a business audienceWork with internal teams to turn case studies and client work into shareable contentPlan and run online and offline advertising campaignsTrack engagement metrics weekly, analyse what’s working, and recommend changes to content mix, posting cadence and channel focusSupport events, webinars and launches with pre-event promotion and post-event recap contentMaintain a content library of approved messaging, visuals and brand guidelinesWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently enrolled first- or second-year student with one to two years of study remainingStudying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related fieldStrong written English and the ability to adapt tone for different audiencesWorking knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and at least one design tool (Canva, Figma or Adobe)A self-starter who can meet deadlines without daily supervisionProgram at a GlanceDuration: 3 months, full-timeCompensation: Monthly stipend
