Job Description: Social Media & Digital Marketing ExecutiveCompany: Eternell – Holistic Longevity ClinicLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time, OnsiteJoining: ImmediateRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage Eternell’s digital presence, create engaging content and generate qualified patient leads.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, digital advertising, content creation and video editing, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, aesthetics or lifestyle sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Eternell’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.Develop and execute monthly social media and digital marketing calendars.Create engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional campaigns and educational healthcare content.Shoot and edit videos featuring doctors, treatments, patient education, clinic activities and testimonials.Add subtitles, transitions, graphics, music and branding elements to short-form and long-form videos.Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, engagement and return on advertising spend.Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to plan video shoots and content topics.Convert complex medical information into clear and engaging patient-friendly content.Support the promotion of longevity programs, functional medicine, diagnostics, IV therapies, peptides, regenerative treatments, aesthetics, dental and wellness services.Manage online reviews, comments, enquiries and audience engagement.Update website content, landing pages, promotional offers and basic SEO elements.Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with healthcare and social media trends.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on content performance, leads and campaign results.Ensure all published content follows Eternell’s brand guidelines and healthcare advertising requirements.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of relevant digital marketing and social media experience.Previous experience with a healthcare clinic, aesthetics centre, wellness brand, hospital or medical business is preferred.Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Strong video-editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar software.Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop or other graphic-design tools.Ability to shoot high-quality videos using professional cameras and smartphones.Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, lead generation and performance reporting.Strong copywriting and communication skills in English.Arabic-language ability will be an advantage.Creative, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.Mandatory Application RequirementsCandidates must submit:Updated CVPortfolio of social media workSamples or links to videos and reels personally editedExamples of digital campaigns previously managedCurrent locationAvailability to joinCurrent and expected salaryOnly candidates currently available in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately should apply.
