Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking a creative and digitally driven Social Media Specialist to manage and support social media activities across the Group’s brands and digital channels.The role will be responsible for content planning, publishing, community engagement, trend monitoring, performance tracking, and supporting social media campaigns across multiple platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content trends, audience behavior, and digital engagement, with the ability to create relevant and engaging brand experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms.Develop and maintain social media content calendars.Coordinate content creation with Content, Creative, Design, Marketing, and other relevant teams.Publish and schedule approved content across social media channels.Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.Support community management and maintain professional engagement with followers.Monitor social media trends, viral topics, platform updates, and emerging content formats.Support campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.Prepare regular social media reports and performance insights.Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor competitor social media activities.Recommend content ideas and improvements based on audience behavior and platform trends.Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and communication objectives.Support influencer and creator activities when required.Manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Experience in content planning, publishing, community management, and social media reporting.Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, engagement, and audience behavior.Experience within Retail, Beauty, Fragrance, Fashion, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or an Agency is highly preferred.Strong Arabic communication and writing skills.Good English communication skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks, brands, and deadlines.Experience using AI tools to support content ideation, research, planning, or social media analysis is an advantage.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of regional and international growth.
