Social Media Moderator

Key Responsibilities:Publish, schedule, and manage content across all company social media platforms.Create and adapt visual content using Canva and other basic design tools when required.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute and monitor the company's marketing strategy.Follow up on the publishing of trading session content before, during, and after each trading session.Coordinate with the Technical Analysis team to ensure content accuracy and timely publishing.Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries while guiding potential clients and escalating qualified leads when needed.Maintain consistent brand voice and communication across all digital platforms.Manage daily community engagement and build positive relationships with the audience.Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities across social media channels.What We're Looking For:Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Good knowledge of social media platforms and content publishing tools.Experience using Canva or similar design tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Interest or previous experience in the Financial Markets / Trading industry is a plus.⁩
