اخصائي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي Social Media Specialist

المهام والمسؤوليات:- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط المحتوى لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.- كتابة محتوى إبداعي واحترافي باللغة العربية واللهجة السعودية.- إدارة حسابات الشركة وجدولة ونشر المحتوى.- التفاعل مع الجمهور وإدارة التعليقات والرسائل.- التنسيق مع فريق التصميم لإنتاج محتوى بصري متكامل.- متابعة أداء الحسابات وإعداد التقارير الدورية.- تحليل النتائج واقتراح أفكار لتحسين التفاعل والوصول.- متابعة التوجهات الحديثة والترندات المناسبة لهوية الشركة.- المساهمة في تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية الرقمية.المتطلبات:- سعودية الجنسية.- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التسويق الرقمي وإدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.- إجادة كتابة المحتوى باللغة العربية واللهجة السعودية.- معرفة جيدة بمنصات Instagram وLinkedIn وX وTikTok وSnapchat.- خبرة في إعداد خطط وتقويمات المحتوى.- معرفة بأدوات إدارة وجدولة المحتوى وقراءة مؤشرات الأداء.- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت.- حس إبداعي والقدرة على ابتكار أفكار تناسب الجمهور السعودي.مكان العمل: الرياضKey Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media content plans.- Write creative and professional content in Arabic and the Saudi dialect.- Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.- Schedule and publish content across different platforms.- Engage with the audience and manage comments and messages.- Collaborate with the design team to produce integrated visual content.- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.- Analyze results and recommend ways to improve reach and engagement.- Follow relevant trends and develop ideas suited to the Saudi audience.- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns.Requirements:- Saudi national.- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management.- Excellent Arabic copywriting skills, including content written in the Saudi dialect.- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Snapchat.- Experience in developing content plans and calendars.- Familiarity with content-management, scheduling, and analytics tools.- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.- Creativity and a strong understanding of the Saudi audience.Location: Riyadh
