Company: Uniland Properties LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 1–2 yearsIndustry: Real EstateAbout the RoleUniland Properties is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.We are looking for a creative, hands-on candidate with 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience who can both create engaging content and manage our social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.Shoot and edit Reels, property videos, project videos and promotional content.Visit properties and projects to capture high-quality photos and videos.Develop creative content ideas based on current social media and real estate trends.Manage the company's daily social media posting and content calendar.Write engaging captions and promotional content.Coordinate with the sales team to create property-focused content.Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement and audience growth.Stay updated with trending Reels, formats, sounds and social media strategies.Requirements1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate is mandatory.Proven experience in both content creation and social media management.Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.Hands-on experience with Reels, video shooting and video editing.Good photography and visual storytelling skills.Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and property marketing.Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.Candidates must have a portfolio or examples of previous work.Preferred SkillsVideo editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.Canva or other graphic design tools.Experience creating real estate/property content.Comfortable appearing in videos when required.Important: Candidates without UAE real estate experience will not be considered.Apply with your updated CV and portfolio/social media work.
