The intern will assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and analytics, researching trends and competitor activity, and supporting campaign optimization. The intern will collaborate with mentors and team members to brainstorm content ideas, refine messaging, and maintain brand consistency. This role offers structured guidance, practical exposure to agency-style social media work, and opportunities to contribute to live campaigns.Qualifications Foundational knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and an interest in social media strategy and digital marketing.Ability to create clear, engaging written content and basic visual concepts for posts, stories, and short-form videos.Comfort with basic analytics tools (platform insights or third-party tools) and the ability to interpret engagement metrics and campaign performance.Strong research skills to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities that can inform content ideas and strategy.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an on-site team environment in Noida.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under guidance.Enrollment in or completion of a course in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred but not required.Demonstrated interest in building a career in digital marketing or social media through projects, coursework, or personal initiatives.
