Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleReef Group is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Supervisor to lead and oversee social media activities across the Group’s brands and digital channels.The role will be responsible for developing and executing social media plans, managing content calendars, supervising day-to-day publishing, monitoring performance, supporting campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand presence across platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media management, content planning, community engagement, performance analysis, and working closely with creative and marketing teams in a fast-paced consumer environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage social media plans and content calendars across multiple platforms.Supervise day-to-day social media publishing and ensure timely execution of approved content.Coordinate with Content, Creative, Design, Influencer, Marketing, and other relevant teams.Ensure all social media content is aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and community interactions.Track platform performance, engagement, reach, growth, and content effectiveness.Prepare social media reports, insights, and recommendations for management.Support product launches, campaigns, promotions, seasonal activities, and brand initiatives.Identify social media trends, emerging formats, viral topics, and relevant audience behaviors.Benchmark competitors and monitor their social media activities and content strategies.Support influencer and creator-related social media activities when required.Supervise and guide social media team members and ensure quality and consistency of execution.Manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Recommend improvements to content, platform strategy, engagement, and overall social media performance.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.Previous experience supervising or leading social media activities or team members.Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance, engagement, and audience growth.Experience within retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or agency environments is highly preferred.Strong understanding of content trends and platform behavior in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns and brands.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Why Join Us?Join Reef Group during an exciting stage of regional and international growth.
