📢 WE'RE HIRING: Community Engagement Navigator/Social Services Coordinator📍 Location: Clyde, North Carolina💰 Pay Rate: $30/hour🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM🏢 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite📄 Employment Type: Full-Time ContractWe are looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-oriented Community Engagement Navigator to support individuals and families facing social and healthcare-related challenges.The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, community-based organizations, child welfare programs, or social services.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with individuals and families to identify and address Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) barriers.Build relationships with members and understand their individual needs.Help members establish goals and develop action plans.Connect individuals with appropriate healthcare providers, community resources, and support programs.Coordinate with case management teams and referral sources.Support individuals impacted by trauma and other challenging life circumstances.Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple communication channels.Collaborate with the Department of Social Services (DSS) and community organizations.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working directly with individuals in community-based organizations or related programs.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse and vulnerable populations.Willingness to work onsite five days per week.

Preferred Experience
