Social Services Program Manager

Program Manager - Case Management Community-Based Human Services OrganizationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, substance use concerns, or other complex social service needs.Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based and person-centered service models, including harm reduction, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed practices, and housing-focused interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of case management professionals providing housing stabilization and supportive services to individuals and families transitioning to stable housing.Ensure service delivery aligns with person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.Support staff development through coaching, training, performance support, and regular supervision.Monitor program operations, documentation, and service quality to ensure compliance with organizational and funding requirements.Develop and improve workflows, processes, and systems that enhance service effectiveness and client outcomes.Collaborate with internal departments and external community partners to strengthen service coordination and resource access.Review client service plans, case documentation, and program metrics to promote quality outcomes and continuous improvement.Assist with program implementation, policy adherence, and operational planning.Additional InformationSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.Compensation: Competitive salary range of approximately $65,000-$70,000 annually.Work Environment: Primarily office-based with regular travel throughout the local service area and occasional visits to additional program locations.
