programs that foster healthy living; and pathways for charitable giving.  We are located in the Levin JCC at 1937 West Cornwallis Road, Durham, North Carolina, 27705.    Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW:The Social Worker and Clinical Services Manager is a fulltime, salaried exempt position that will develop and implement programs, provide counseling and case management, collect data and generally serve as a partner to the Senior Director of Helping in building upon past successes and implementing a vision for future growth.Manager level positions at Jewish for Good are members of the Professional Staff and serve as the face of their department, responsible for all day-to-day operations.  This position reports to the Senior Director of Helping.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Clinical TasksProvide case management, primarily information, support and referral to individuals, couples, and familiesMaintain a modest caseload of individual therapy clients and facilitate monthly Care Partner Support Group; maintain timely case notes, attendance, and billing informationImplement the Financial Assistance Program by providing financial aid to individuals and families in need; maintain accurate records and manage budget appropriately Plan and implement the Food Pantry program, including ordering and distributing food, coordinating with clients, and maintaining accurate records Facilitate the Claims Conference program for Holocaust Survivors, including annual assessments and periodic home visitsProvide information and referral about senior living options to older adults looking to relocate to Durham-Chapel HillProvide advocacy and resource development as appropriateConsult and collaborate with other social service agencies as needed (i.e. Orange County Dept on Aging, Duke Dementia Family Support Program, etc.)Consult and collaborate with other departments and programs as neededMaintain current social work license and keep CEU credits up to dateProgram/Administrative TasksContribute to monthly statistic reports Maintain accurate client contact information and prepare and update clinical documents as neededReview service and program policies with Senior Director of Helping and revise as neededOversee and facilitate multiple program-based groups with Helping colleagues to meet the needs of older adults in the community;
