The intern will assist in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to help grow our online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Youtube , etc)Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic copy aligned with brand voiceSupport content creation, including posts, stories, reels, and short videosMonitor social media channels and engage with followers (comments, likes, DMs)Assist in social media campaigns, contests, and promotionsTrack performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare basic reportsConduct research on social media trends, competitor activity, and best practicesCoordinate with the marketing team and design team for content executionRequired Skills & Background :Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related fieldStrong interest in social media marketing and digital trendsBasic understanding of major social media platformsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social media scheduling tools is a plusAbility to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlinesReady to Join us ?Apply on : https://www.teamvariance.com/careers
