Key Responsibilities
Manage housekeeping, waste management, and linen services.Plan manpower requirements and staff schedules.Conduct quality audits and monitor KPIs.Coordinate with the hospital Infection Control Committee.Train and supervise staff.Ensure compliance with hospital standards and infection-prevention protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Administration / Health Sciences.Infection-control or housekeeping management certification preferred.8 years of relevant experience.Experience managing housekeeping / environmental services in hospitals.Knowledge of infection-prevention cleaning protocols, medical-waste handling regulations, and CBAHI / JCI Environment-of-Care standards.
