The company continues to expand its reach and impact, providing practical training that bridges the gap between education and employment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skill Trainer role based in Jaipur. The Soft Skill Trainer will deliver interactive sessions and workshops focused on communication, life skills, and professional behavior for students preparing for placements. Daily responsibilities include designing training modules, preparing learning materials, conducting classroom training, and assessing learner progress through activities, assignments, and feedback. The role involves customizing content to suit different batches, coordinating with academic and placement teams, and continuously updating training strategies based on industry needs. The trainer will also mentor students to improve confidence, interview readiness, and workplace etiquette.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Soft Skills expertise, with experience in facilitating group sessions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Presentation Skills for engaging delivery and clear instruction.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Life Skills and professional behaviors relevant to campus-to-corporate transitions.Relevant experience in student training, corporate learning, or employability skills development is highly beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, HR, or related fields is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple batches, and adapt content to diverse learner profiles.Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for mentoring young professionals.
