The Soft Skill Trainer will design and deliver engaging classroom and workshop sessions focused on communication, presentation, and life skills essential for job readiness. Responsibilities include planning training modules, creating learning materials, and using interactive methodologies such as role plays, group activities, and mock interviews. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress to ensure measurable improvement in employability skills. The role also involves collaborating with other trainers and program managers to align training content with placement requirements and industry expectations.Qualifications Strong Communication and Soft Skills, with the ability to connect with diverse learner groups and explain concepts clearly.Demonstrated expertise in Presentation Skills, including delivery of lectures, workshops, and seminars in an engaging manner.Experience in Training & Development, including designing curricula, session plans, and training materials.Knowledge of Life Skills coaching, such as goal setting, time management, teamwork, and professional behavior.Prior experience training college students or early-career professionals for placements or interviews is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Psychology, HR, or related fields is an advantage.Strong facilitation and classroom management abilities, with comfort handling large batches.Proficiency in English; familiarity with regional languages is a plus.Comfortable working from the Jaipur campus and available for full-time weekday and occasional weekend sessions.
