The Soft Skill Trainer will conduct interactive training sessions on communication, presentation, and life skills for students preparing for placements in the tech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing training content, delivering classroom sessions, facilitating group activities, and providing constructive feedback to participants. The trainer will also assess learners’ progress, support them in improving interview readiness and professional behavior, and collaborate with the training team to refine curricula and training materials. The role involves maintaining high levels of engagement, ensuring sessions are inclusive, and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learner needs.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Soft Skills to effectively engage and support diverse learner groups.Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills to deliver clear, structured, and impactful classroom sessions.Candidates should possess Training & Development capabilities to design, implement, and continuously improve training modules.Candidates should possess Life Skills knowledge to guide learners on professional etiquette, teamwork, time management, and workplace readiness.1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, preferably in soft skills or employability training.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, or management is an advantage.Ability to manage groups, handle classroom dynamics, and provide inclusive, non-discriminatory learning experiences.Strong spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is beneficial.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, online learning platforms) to support training delivery.
