The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication, presentation, and life skills to students preparing for placements in the tech sector. Daily responsibilities include planning training modules, conducting classroom sessions and workshops, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to help participants improve their professional behavior and employability. The trainer will collaborate with other trainers and academic teams to refine content, customize programs based on learner needs, and ensure training outcomes align with industry expectations. The role also involves maintaining training records, supporting mock interviews and group discussions, and continuously updating training methods and materials.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to design and deliver engaging, learner-centric sessions.Candidates should possess Training & Development skills to plan curricula, facilitate workshops, and evaluate learning outcomes.Candidates should possess Life Skills expertise to guide learners on professional etiquette, time management, and workplace readiness.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to model effective interpersonal interactions and support learner confidence.Relevant experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or educator, preferably working with college students or early-career professionals.Ability to manage classroom dynamics, handle diverse learner groups, and adapt teaching style to different learning preferences.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in training, education, psychology, or HR is an advantage.Comfort with using digital tools, presentation software, and online learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
