Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting on-site training sessions, facilitating workshops, preparing training materials and presentations, and customizing content to meet client needs and industry requirements. This is a contract, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, requiring presence at client locations or QHM Consultancies’ training venues. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in training and development and contributing to the overall quality and effectiveness of QHM’s advisory services.QualificationsStrong Training & Development and Soft Skills expertise, with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs.Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, including clear facilitation and engaging delivery to varied audiences.Knowledge of Life Skills and behavioral competencies, with practical approaches to personal and professional effectiveness.Experience in corporate or organizational training environments, preferably with exposure to government or SME sectors.Relevant academic background in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Demonstrated organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
