The team is committed to empowering students with industry-relevant skills and career readiness.Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer (Immediate Joiner) will design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on communication, life skills, and professional behavior for students preparing for placements. This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, involves conducting classroom and workshop-based sessions, facilitating interactive activities, role plays, and group discussions to enhance learners’ confidence and employability. The trainer will assess participants’ skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and track progress through evaluations and reports. Responsibilities also include customizing training content to meet the needs of different batches, collaborating with academic and placement teams to align training with hiring requirements, and supporting students with interview preparation, presentation practice, and workplace readiness. The role requires a learner-centric approach and the ability to motivate diverse groups of students.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to deliver clear, engaging, and structured sessions to varied student groups.Candidates should possess Training & Development skills to design curricula, create training materials, and facilitate skill-building programs.Candidates should possess Life Skills expertise to guide learners on time management, teamwork, problem-solving, and professional etiquette.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to model effective verbal, non-verbal, and interpersonal behavior for students.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Psychology, Management, Communication) or equivalent experience in training or coaching.Prior experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, or faculty member in skill development or placement training is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple batches, and adapt training methods to diverse learner needs.Strong command of English; familiarity with campus recruitment processes and interview preparation will be an added advantage.
