The trainer will deliver interactive sessions on communication, presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, professional etiquette, and interview readiness to students preparing for placements. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and facilitating classroom training, conducting mock interviews and group discussions, assessing learners’ performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will customize training modules based on learner needs, collaborate with internal teams to align content with placement requirements, and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress. This position is urgent, and the trainer is expected to manage multiple batches, maintain high engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials.Qualifications Strong soft skills training capabilities, including communication skills, presentation skills, group discussion facilitation, and interview coaching.Ability to design and deliver engaging training content, using interactive methods, role plays, and practical exercises tailored to student audiences.Experience in classroom management, learner assessment, and providing clear, actionable feedback to diverse groups of learners.Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage for local learner engagement.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, HR, or training and development is preferred.Prior experience as a soft skills trainer, corporate trainer, faculty member, or placement trainer in an academic or training environment.Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate and guide students from varied socio-economic and educational backgrounds.Comfort with basic digital tools (presentation software, LMS platforms, online assessment tools) to support training delivery and reporting.Willingness to work from the Jaipur center, manage flexible schedules aligned with batch timings, and respond to urgent training needs.
