We're Hiring: Communication softskill Trainer Are you passionate about helping students become industry-ready? We are looking for experienced and engaging Communication Skills Trainers to deliver high-impact training programs that enhance students' employability and workplace readiness.As a trainer, you will play a key role in preparing students for careers by strengthening their communication, aptitude, and professional skills through structured learning and practical application. Key Responsibilities• Deliver interactive classroom sessions on communication skills and verbal aptitude.• Train students in spoken English, business communication, presentation skills, interview preparation, group discussions, and workplace etiquette.• Conduct activities that build confidence, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.• Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver content, track learner progress, manage assignments, and evaluate performance.• Assess student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.• Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, and reports as required.• Collaborate with academic and program teams to ensure effective training delivery and continuous improvement.Required QualificationsMaster's degree (MA) in Literature and Mass Communication, or a related field (English, Communication, Linguistics).2-4 years of relevant experience with a good track record of training students in universities or industry. Must have worked in diverse fields such as corporate training, placement training, and training different kinds of people altogether.One internationally recognized English teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL).One Train-the-Trainer certification (e.g., ATD, ISTD, or Dale Carnegie).Public speaking experience (e.g., Toastmasters or equivalent).Experience teaching employability skills, group discussions, interviews, presentations, and business communication.Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) for communication, content creation, and workplace productivity.Strong command of spoken and written English.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.Familiarity with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ability to engage diverse student groups through activity-based and outcome-driven learning.Preferred Skills• Experience in campus employability programs.• Knowledge of interview preparation, resume building, and corporate communication.• Ability to conduct assessments and measure learner progress.• Passion for mentoring and developing future professionals.What You'll Do• Train students to become industry-ready professionals.• Deliver structured learning experiences using our LMS.• Work in a collaborative academic environment with standardized training content and processes.• Make a measurable impact on student employability and career readiness.
