Software & MIS Administrator

Location: Jaipur (on-site) Industry: Wholesale Luxury Goods & Jewellery Employment Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000–35,000/monthAbout the role We are a Jaipur-based jewellery manufacturer and exporter. We're looking for a Software & MIS Administrator to own the day-to-day running of our business software — user access, configuration, reporting, and data integrity. You'll be the person who keeps the system reliable and the reports accurate. Full training on our specific software will be provided; we care more about your systems aptitude than prior knowledge of our tools.Key responsibilities ⚙️ Administer our business/ERP software — user accounts, roles, permissions, and configuration 📊 Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for management 🔐 Manage access rights and ensure system settings stay correct and consistent 🧩 Coordinate with our in-house developer team on issues, changes, and testing 🗂️ Maintain data quality — spot errors, run checks, keep master data clean 📚 Document system processes and train users on how to use the software correctlyWhat we're looking for ✅ 2–4 years administering an ERP / business software, or MIS / data-analyst experience ✅ Strong Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus ✅ Structured, detail-oriented, comfortable owning system reliability ✅ Able to learn a new software platform quickly (training provided) ✅ Based in JaipurNice to have ➕ Experience in manufacturing, export, or jewellery businesses ➕ Basic understanding of databases or SQL
