They need someone who has done it, not studied it.What you'll bring:Deep, hands-on DDD: strategic and tactical, applied in production. Not theory.Proven domain discovery leadership: Event Storming, domain storytelling, or equivalent. You drive the room.End-to-end architectural ownership: ADRs, C4, defending decisions at senior stakeholder levelJava / Spring Boot as your core: TypeScript / React alongside it. Close enough to the code to be credible.A consulting mindset: you translate messy business problems into clean technical solutionsA track record of raising engineering capability, mentoring, leaving things better than you found themCore stack: Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Docker / Kubernetes, GitLab, AWS, Maven, NoSQL / SQL, GovUKBefore you apply:You must have the right to work in the UK freely; it's absolutely non-negotiable; no relocation or sponsorship available.
