KOS MSuite, the flagship software is a business operating system built for project-based organizations such as construction companies, real estate developers, engineering firms, and project management consultancies. The platform connects operational areas that are often managed in disconnected tools like spreadsheets, emails, paper forms, and standalone software. It supports key functions including project management, finance and cost control, procurement, governance, quality, HSE, HR, and executive performance intelligence, providing end-to-end visibility and accountability. The goal is to enable connected workflows from site and operational teams to management and executive decision-makers, helping organizations “Build Without Blind Spots.” KonstruktionOS is currently in a pre-launch development and market-validation stage, offering workflow demonstrations, pilot opportunities, and resources on construction operations and digital maturity.Role Description The Software Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Awka South. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for KonstruktionOS, including prospecting construction and project-based organizations, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline. The person in this position will conduct market and competitive research, prepare and deliver product presentations and demos, and collaborate closely with product and technical teams to align client needs with platform capabilities. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, drafting proposals and commercial offers, supporting contract negotiations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The role also involves gathering feedback from prospects and pilot customers to support product refinement and contributing to go-to-market strategies and revenue targets.QualificationsBusiness development and sales skills, including New Business Development and relationship-building with B2B clients.Strong Analytical Skills and comfort working with data, metrics, and basic Finance concepts related to pricing, ROI, and business cases.Excellent Communication abilities for clear presentations, negotiations, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.Customer Service mindset, with a focus on understanding client needs, providing timely support, and building long-term partnerships.Familiarity with construction, real estate, engineering, or project-based industries; experience selling software or SaaS solutions is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM tools, productivity software, and online presentation platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Awka North, travel locally for client meetings as needed, and operate with integrity, accountability, and initiative.
