The team enjoys lunch together every day, and regular social and team-building activities are organized.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will help build and enhance a modern software platform within an innovative fintech environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing business-critical applications while contributing to the technical direction of the platform.The primary focus of the role is back-end development within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, using .NET, C#, and API integrations. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the front-end using React and TypeScript.Because of the company's lean structure, you'll have significant responsibility and be involved in the complete software development lifecycle—from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance. You'll mentor colleagues, perform code reviews, and help maintain high development standards across the team.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance applications within the Microsoft Azure environment.Build reliable back-end services, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.Develop modern web applications using .NET, C#, React, and TypeScript.Make technical and architectural decisions for new features and improvements.Design, optimize, and maintain data models and databases.Ensure software quality, performance, security, and scalability.Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Conduct code reviews and support colleagues with technical challenges.RequirementsBachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent working and thinking level.Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.Strong experience with .NET, Microsoft Azure, JavaScript, TypeScript, and a modern front-end framework.Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and REST APIs.Independent, proactive, and capable of solving complex technical challenges.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.What We OfferGross monthly salary between €5,000 and €7,000, depending on experience.Flexible working week of 32, 36, or 40 hours.25 vacation days.Travel allowance or full public transport reimbursement.Company laptop.Mobile phone allowance.Hybrid working model (work from home 1 day per week).Daily catered lunch at the office.Plenty of room for initiative and technical ownership.Direct impact on products that are used every day.Informal working environment with short communication lines and an ambitious team.Excellent accessibility by both car and public transport.
