Joining Nabo.E means contributing to products that learn from real-world conversations and deliver smarter, more context-aware support over time.Role Description As a Software Developer at Nabo.E, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that power our enterprise AI workforce. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into robust, scalable software solutions, and implement clean, testable code following best practices. Daily tasks include troubleshooting and debugging issues, optimizing performance, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical design discussions. You will also help integrate AI models and data pipelines into production systems and participate in continuous improvement of development processes and tools. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.Experience in Back-End Web Development using modern frameworks and tools, with a focus on building scalable and secure services.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming in one or more languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar.Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in designing and implementing software solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Ability to collaborate in a team environment, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.Interest in AI, machine learning, or conversational technologies is highly beneficial.
