Our work focuses on building reliable digital solutions, improving existing systems, and supporting efficient technology workflows across business functions.The RoleWe are looking for a Software Developer to support the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of software applications and digital solutions. The role involves translating requirements into practical technical solutions, improving application functionality, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with relevant teams throughout the development process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance software applications and digital solutions.Translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions.Design, implement, and maintain application features and system functionality.Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and performance problems.Perform testing and support quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.Work with databases, APIs, integrations, and other application components as required.Review existing applications and identify opportunities for improvements or optimization.Collaborate with product, operations, design, and other technical stakeholders.Participate in planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.Maintain technical documentation, development notes, and relevant system records.Support application updates, enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.Monitor technical issues and follow up on development tasks and priorities.Apply appropriate development standards, security practices, and version-control procedures.Stay informed about relevant technologies and development practices that can improve solutions.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in software development, application development, or a related technical field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.Strong understanding of software development principles and programming concepts.Experience with one or more modern programming languages and development frameworks.Familiarity with databases, APIs, integrations, version-control systems, and software testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into practical solutions.Comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality.Good written and verbal communication skills.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, or modern development tools is an advantage.What We OfferHybrid part-time opportunity in the UAE.Flexible hours to support different professional schedules.Practical exposure to software development, application enhancement, testing, integrations, and digital solutions.Opportunity to work across technical projects and business-focused technology initiatives.Collaborative working environment with opportunities to contribute to system improvements and digital transformation.
