Job Description – Software Developer (ERP)Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Shipping & LogisticsJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredJob SummaryWe are looking for a Software Developer – ERP to develop, maintain, and improve our ERP system used for shipping, logistics, warehouse, and business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills and experience in ERP development and database management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and customize ERP software and business applications.Understand business requirements and convert them into effective software solutions.Develop new ERP modules, features, and system integrations.Maintain and improve existing ERP applications.Integrate ERP with shipping, logistics, warehouse, accounting, and other systems.Design and maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.Identify and fix software bugs, errors, and performance issues.Provide technical support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.Work closely with operations, finance, warehouse, and management teams.Prepare technical documentation and maintain development records.Ensure system security, reliability, and data integrity.Improve system performance and automate manual business processes.Test new features and ensure smooth deployment.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience in software/ERP development.Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, APIs, and web applications.Experience with SQL and database management.Experience in ERP development, customization, or implementation.Knowledge of ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Finance, HR, or Logistics is an advantage.Experience in the shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply-chain industry is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Immediate joiners are preferred.Preferred Technical SkillsERP Development | SQL | Database Management | API Integration | Web Applications | Software Development | System Integration | Troubleshooting | Process AutomationWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a growing Shipping & Logistics company.Exposure to real-world logistics and ERP business processes.Professional and collaborative working environment.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.Drop your cv -hr1@dslgroup.ae
