Team members join a fast-growing startup environment driven by innovation in AI and recruitment technology.What you'll do: Write clean, well-tested code across our product stack Ship features end-to-end under the guidance of senior engineers Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve system reliability Collaborate closely with product and design to bring specs to life Learn our architecture quickly and start contributing meaningfully within weeksWhat we're looking for: 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (new grads welcome) Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and at least one modern language (JS/TS, Python, Go, etc.) Familiarity with web frameworks, REST APIs, and relational/NoSQL databases Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow fast in a startup environment Genuine interest in AI/ML and building products that solve real-world problemsExposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
