These agents also support onboarding processes and verifications, covering the end-to-end hiring lifecycle. HireQuotient primarily serves sectors such as healthcare, building services, construction, manufacturing, insurance, and retail.What you'll do: Design, build, and own features and services from architecture through deployment Make sound technical trade-offs and drive decisions with minimal oversight Mentor junior engineers and help raise the bar on code quality Partner with product and founders to translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability as we handle enterprise-scale dataWhat we're looking for: 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience Strong track record shipping production systems end-to-end Solid grounding in system design, API architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL) Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment Ability to operate independently and make pragmatic technical decisions Bonus: experience with AI/ML systems, agentic workflows, or recruiting/HR techExperience in building scalable distributed systems or working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
