Role : Software Development EngineerLocation : Redmond, WA (Need locals or from PST anyone who can go onsite from day1) - (Hybrid Role - 3Days onsite)Skills: C#, PowerShell, Python, Automation testing, YAML scripting, Azure DevOps, Azure App Service.We are hiring SDEs with strong experience in automation, CI/CD, and device provisioning to support OS imaging and factory readiness for Surface devices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automation for OS imaging and device provisioning pipelinesBuild CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps and YAML pipelinesAutomate image creation, provisioning, validation, and release readinessDebug pipeline, automation, and device-level issuesWork closely with Build, Test, Factory, and Validation teamsSupport NPI milestones and improve pipeline reliability/performance Must-Have Skills:Strong programming in C#, PowerShell, or PythonHands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD & YAML pipelinesExperience with automation testing and debugging pipeline issuesGood knowledge of Git and Azure services (App Service / Azure Stack) Good to Have:Device automation (OS imaging, provisioning, factory/lab workflows)Windows imaging & deployment conceptsTest automation frameworks and validation pipelinesExposure to OEM/Surface or hardware-integrated environmentsKnowledge of security/compliance (SFI / Service 360)
