We empower Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and travel agencies across Egypt and the MENA region with modern, enterprise-grade software to eliminate spreadsheet chaos, automate multi-currency costing, and streamline live fleet and group operations.About the RoleAs an SDE I at Nexplore Technologies, you will take ownership of foundational modules across our multi-tenant SaaS platform. We operate a lean, high-throughput engineering environment with a focus on clean architecture, robust backend systems, resilient event workflows, and modern cloud deployment patterns. You will design, build, and maintain mission-critical data pipelines and customer-facing interfaces that power modern travel operations.What You Will Do• Distributed Services: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance distributed backend microservices written in Go (Golang).• Relational Data Modeling: Model relational data schemas and optimize high-throughput queries in PostgreSQL.• Modular Frontends: Develop modular, accessible, and high-performance frontends using modern React, Tailwind CSS, and HeroUI across bilingual (English & Arabic RTL) layouts.• Event-Driven Workflows: Implement resilient event-driven execution patterns and workflow orchestration using Restate.dev.• Cloud & Infrastructure: Deploy and configure microservices behind Traefik on self-managed Hetzner Cloud Linux infrastructure.• Clean Architecture: Enforce deterministic system design, bounded context isolation (Domain-Driven Design), and clean API contracts across multi-tenant boundaries.• Quality & Engineering Standards: Write comprehensive automated tests, participate in active code reviews, and drive continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).What We Look For• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.• 1–3 years of professional or heavy project-based experience building scalable, production-grade web applications.• Production proficiency in Go (Golang) and PostgreSQL.• Solid frontend proficiency with modern React state management, component architecture, and styling systems.• Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals: concurrency, idempotency, data serialization, and network boundaries.• Familiarity with Linux server administration, Docker container runtimes, and reverse proxy routing (e.g., Traefik).• Self-motivated builder with a strong bias for action and code craftsmanship in a fast-paced product environment.• Fluent in English and Arabic.Bonus Points• Experience designing event-driven architectures or durable execution workflows (Restate.dev / Temporal).• Familiarity with open-core enterprise tooling (Authentik, Forgejo, Plane, Rocket.Chat) and zero-trust identity flows.• Exposure to structured AI agent orchestration frameworks or schema-validated LLM integrations.• Contributions to open-source software or personal developer tooling projects.What We Offer• Competitive salary package in EGP with performance-driven bonuses.• Deep architectural ownership: direct responsibility over core platform modules and distributed systems.• Modern, high-performance tech stack: Go, PostgreSQL, React, Docker, and self-hosted Linux cloud infrastructure.• High-trust hybrid work culture based in Cairo with flexible working arrangements.• Dedicated annual learning and development budget (technical books, courses, conference passes).• Direct upside and long-term career growth in shaping the category-defining platform for travel technology.How to ApplyApply directly on LinkedIn or via our official careers portal:https://nexplore.tech/careers/software-development-engineer-1
