Software Development Engineer II (Java, AWS, GenAI)Location: Hyderabad, IndiaKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop monitoring solutions and implement AI-driven development practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance internally developed applications using Java and React.Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems leveraging AWS serverless technologies.Implement and support GenAI-based solutions within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Collaborate with development teams across software projects to deliver high-quality solutions.Automate operational and support processes to improve efficiency.Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.Participate in system design discussions and architectural decision-making.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.4+ years of software development experience.Strong programming experience in Java.Hands-on experience with React.js.Solid experience with AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.Experience implementing or working with AI/GenAI-driven development practices.Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture and scalable application design.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with microservices architecture.Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in large-scale cloud environments.Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.Leadership PrinciplesSuccessful candidates should demonstrate:OwnershipDive DeepInvent & Simplify
