We pair craftsmanship and ethical sourcing with data-driven growth strategies to keep our legacy vibrant in the digital era.KGK serves an elite global clientele, including Cartier, Titan, Rolex, Gucci, Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels, and more.WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:Integrations and event pipelines• Build and maintain Kafka pipelines connecting NividOne, ERP, CRM, e-commerce and the data warehouse• Write producers and consumers for real-time inventory and business data sync• Own the details of the eventing setup: event schemas, topics, partitioning, consumer groups, retries, idempotency and dead-letter queues• Plan for failure: what happens when a downstream system is unavailable, how schema changes roll out across systems, and how reconciliation and recovery work when data driftsAI tools and MCP• Build MCP servers that expose KGK systems to AI assistants, including tool interfaces, input schemas and response formats• Keep AI access safe: read-only where it should be, authenticated, and scoped so no tool touches data outside its permission• Tune tool definitions so models actually call the right tool with the right arguments (harder than it sounds), and support the internal teams using them for analysis and reportingPlatform development• Build business modules on NividOne with a React frontend, .NET Core APIs and Oracle 19c underneath• Take requirements from sales, accounts and operations teams and turn them into working softwareCRM, reliability and performance• Maintain and extend CRM workflows and integrations, and deal with the usual data mess: duplicate records, party name mismatches, fields that do not line up between CRM and ERP• Troubleshoot failed synchronisations and API issues• Optimise slow APIs, database queries and pipelines, and add monitoring and observability where it is missingMUST HAVE:• 3–5 years in backend or full-stack engineering.• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, partitioning, consumer groups)• A good feel for event-driven architecture and the ways distributed systems fail• Strong backend fundamentals in any stack Node.js, Python, .NET Core, Java or similar and the ability to pick up a new one quickly.• Strong REST API design and debugging skills.• Hands-on experience of React, including server components and SSR.• Good SQL, ideally Oracle or MSSQL.• Experience building or consuming MCP servers, or other LLM tool-calling integrations• Redis, Docker and Linux.• Comfortable shipping fast with AI coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.• Must be able to grasp the business understanding behind a requirement and translate it into a working solution.WHAT WILL SET YOU APART:• AWS/Azure integration experience across EC2, ECS, SNS and S3, and working with Cloudflare• C# / .NET Core, our current backend stack, so prior experience means you hit the ground running• Microservices work splitting services along sensible boundaries, service-to-service communication over Kafka or REST, and keeping each service independently deployable• Monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus.• ERP integration experience.• Zoho CRM works beyond configuration, custom modules and workflows, Deluge functions, webhooks, and integrating Zoho with ERP and backend systems over its APIs.• Data migration and system consolidation, moving data between legacy and new systems, feeding a data warehouse, and reconciling records so both sides agree after the move.• Background in Diamonds, Jewellery or Manufacturing domain.EDUCATIONB.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
