Software Development Engineer - Intern

About RadiolinqRadiolinq is a healthtech startup building an AI-native ecosystem for radiology. Our platform brings together RIS, PACS, AI-powered reporting, billing, workflow management, collaboration, and teleradiology into one connected platform.We are looking for a Software Developer Intern who wants to work closely with a startup engineering team and build products that are used in real healthcare environments.What you'll work onBuild and improve web applications used by hospitals, diagnostic centres, and radiologistsWork on frontend and backend features across the Radiolinq platformWrite clean, maintainable and reusable codeDebug issues and improve product performance and reliabilityWork closely with product, design and engineering teamsLearn how real-world healthcare software is designed, built and deployedWhat we're looking forStrong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScriptBasic understanding of backend development using any framework such as Java/Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Django, Node.js, etc.Basic understanding of REST APIs and web application architectureFamiliarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similarBasic understanding or interest in AI/ML and integrating AI into applicationsGood problem-solving and debugging skillsAbility to learn quickly and work across different parts of the technology stackWillingness to take ownership of tasks and see them throughStrong attention to detailFamiliarity with Git/GitHub is a plusWho should apply?Students or recent graduates who are genuinely interested in software engineering and building products, and want hands-on experience in an early-stage startup.This is not a role where you'll just be watching from the sidelines.
