Most developers working with AI are building demos. We're building something people actually use.We have a live, production AI agent used by finance teams. It reasons, plans, confirms, and executes, all through a chat. Real users. Real consequences if it breaks.We're looking for someone who wants to learn how that gets built, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty doing it.This is not a corporate internship. No coffee runs, no busywork, no watching from the sidelines. You'll work directly on the same codebase our engineers ship to production — with guidance, code review, and room to ask questions. Work when you want, from wherever you want. We care about what you learn and what you ship, not where you sit.The stack is frontier: Claude and Gemini APIs, multi-turn agent reasoning, tool use, async Python on Azure, Microsoft Teams bot integration.
