Job Description

Lead and manage the software development team.
Define software architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple software development projects.
Act as the main interface between business units and IT development team.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and high performing.
Review technical designs, source code, and system architecture.
Monitor software quality and reduce technical debt.
Monitor project progress and resolve technical or delivery issues.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Job RequirementMinimum 5 years of software development experienceMinimum 3-5 years in a software development leadership or management roleProven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile applicationsExperience managing cross-functional software development teamsLanguage code: Javascript, typescript, node js, nest js, Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Event Driven, Architecture, Kafka, ActiveMQ, amazon SQS, Redis.
