This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.RequirementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field4-8 years of hands-on software development experienceStrong experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications with minimal supervisionProficiency in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or equivalent development platformsExperience developing and consuming REST APIs or web services, with strong experience in system integrationExperience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or OracleFrontend development experience using JavaScript and modern frameworksExperience working across the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, code reviews, quality assurance, and system enhancementsExperience following coding standards and secure development practicesExperience with software testing and technical documentationExperience collaborating with internal technical teams, business users, project managers, and external vendors throughout the software development life cycleExcellent technical communication and documentation skills, including the ability to communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders when requiredExperience working with UAE government entities or large enterprise organisations is an advantage
