Software DevOps Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DevOps Engineer role based in Qesm Nasrcity. The Software DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software development and operations teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing CI workflows, automating infrastructure provisioning, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and reliability of services. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, improving system security and resilience, and contributing to documentation and process optimization.QualificationsStrong system administration skills, including experience with Linux-based environments.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices for managing and automating infrastructure.Background in software development and scripting to build, integrate, and maintain deployment and automation tools.Practical experience with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and related tooling.Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and monitoring/alerting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
