Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Hounslow. The Director will oversee daily operations, set strategic goals, and ensure that teams meet performance, quality, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resources, reviewing key performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and service delivery. The Director will lead and mentor managers and staff, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and represent the company in key internal and external meetings. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, managing risk, and supporting long-term growth plans.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and conflict resolution.Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with experience setting goals, managing budgets, and driving organizational change.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience interpreting data, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements.Background in operations, business management, or a related field; experience in a director or senior management role is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.Proven ability to work on-site, manage competing priorities, and uphold ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace practices.
