With more clients comes more strain to our small team (a good problem to have!) and there are plentiful opportunities to help the company scale reliably. This is the focus of our growing Internal team. We’re looking for a Junior Software Engineer who is proficient working with AI and excited to work across teams to help improve the day-to-day for everyone at Pave. This is a role with a lot of agency and autonomy, a bit of a playground for learning and trying on many hats.
