Having achieved strong product-market fit, we're now scaling our infrastructure, engineering practices, and product capabilities, making this an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact.We're looking for generalist software engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges across the stack, taking projects from concept through production, and continuously learning new technologies.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and launch user-facing features from concept to production.Optimize and enhance document ingestion and AI-powered data extraction pipelines for scalability, reliability, and performance.Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external services.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems to ensure high availability and low latency.Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to rapidly iterate on new features.Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices.Help improve engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, release automation, developer tooling, and infrastructure as the team grows.What You Won't DoSpend years maintaining a single project with little variety.Navigate multiple layers of management to ship simple improvements.Deal with unnecessary bureaucracy or office politics.What We're Looking ForStrong ability to learn new technologies and solve unfamiliar technical challenges quickly.Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from design to deployment.Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
