This role is responsible for building AI-powered applications, developing machine learning models, integrating AI technologies into software products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain AI-powered software applications and intelligent systems.Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.Develop and integrate AI solutions, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision where applicable.Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to define technical requirements and deliver AI-driven features.Develop scalable APIs and backend services to support AI applications.Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance monitoring.Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation.Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI development standards.Contribute to technical architecture decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.✅ RequirementsProven experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.Strong programming skills in Python and experience with languages such as Java, C++, or JavaScript is an advantage.Experience with AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is highly desirable.Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating AI models into production applications.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Understanding of databases, data pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
